Joel Langdon of State Farm in Mount Joy was my first insurance agent, I was just a newborn baby to young parents. Joel helped my young parents navigate the insurance world and assisted them in finding affordable life insurance for the three of us. Joel’s office always provided stellar customer service over the years. I left the Lancaster area and moved to Philly. We started again with State Farm because of my previous relationship with Joel, and when we had renter’s insurance we appreciated Mike’s hospitality so much we decided to expand with home and auto insurance. As the years went on, we finally came into a situation where we needed to file a claim due to an unfortunate accident where the neighbor’s contractor caused extensive damage to our house.
